missingWrote a review on Nov 13spacious roomlarge windowspoor lighting
Room layout seemed spacious. The large windows offered a glimpse, even if it was non-functional.
Sparsely furnished spaces with frustratingly poor lighting design. The nightlife around didn't seem safe or inviting, and all nearby eateries were closed, forcing reliance on delivery. A decent spot for a single night but not for a lengthy stay.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The property was well-maintained and conveniently located, allowing easy access to downtown. I enjoyed the deluxe suite with the spa bath, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.
The check-in process was frustrating with an unnecessary wait, and staff were not very helpful in accommodating requests, which impacted my overall experience.

central spot for exploring parks and cultural landmarks in monterrey
The hotel is a stone's throw away from alameda mariano escobedo, a beautiful park perfect for leisurely strolls, and it’s also conveniently near the macroplaza, where you can soak up the city’s vibrant atmosphere and see amazing architecture. definitely a great base for any weekend adventures in monterrey, though the lighting in the room could use some improvement.

The hotel features a clean environment and a solid location near downtown, providing easy access to amenities. The Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath was particularly enjoyable, offering accessibility and comfort. However, the check-in process was frustrating, with a long wait despite having rooms available. Pricing for extending my stay seemed unjustifiably high, leading me to seek accommodation elsewhere.

We loved the spacious Deluxe Suite, and enjoyed the amazing cable programming with tons of entertainment. The nearby macroplaza and the beautiful park were perfect for our daytime adventures. Plus, the hotel’s clean vibe and great breakfast options kept our mornings cheerful. Just a heads up for future guests, the check-in can take a while, so plan accordingly.
I was really disappointed with the long wait for check-in even though our room was ready. It put a damper on our arrival.

The hotel had fantastic cable programming, keeping my kids entertained during our downtime. We all loved having a spacious room that felt cozy for our family of five. Being close to downtown made our family outings easy.

Arriving at 2 pm, I was made to wait an hour for check-in despite availability and found the toiletries scarce, which was frustrating. Although the room was clean and the hotel seemed newly equipped, the staff's lack of hospitality left me feeling unwelcome.

This was just a fitting option for a holiday in Monterrey with good price-quality ratio. The room had a unique layout that made it feel spacious despite the lighting issues. Avoid walking around at night since the area can be a bit sketchy.
